Vintage Dresden...at the 2015 quilt show...

So proud...to have been awarded second place in my category of Professional Traditional at the 2015 Annual quilt show...
Sorry for the fuzzy photo...I hate having my photo taken....here's me doing white glove duty.
I'm sure you would remember this quilt in the making...here's a closer look at the quilt.
Last weekend I received a phone call to be at the quilt awards, so I knew then my quilt had received an award for something, .....but, what a thrill it was when my name was called out for the second time to be awarded..."Retaining the Tradition"...
What a great show with so many amazing quilts...lots to be inspired by....

A big thank you to my quilting friends who were there for support....with squeals of delight when my name  was called out...

Back off cloud nine  to earth now..... to get DD's quilt finished...♥
