Found this on You Tube......sandwich a large quilt on a small table...

Do you struggle sandwiching a large quilt.....I thought this was worth posting...

It's a fun video to watch and I can see myself trying this out....
I love the idea of centering the three layers this way.....

Enjoy!.... ♥

  1. I do it almost the same way, and have the same clips. But the idea with the sticks is great! I'll try that the next time. Makes it so much easier to center the layers, I think.

  2. A good tutorial. I learned some great things--and the subtitles are a hoot! : )

  3. I just had knee surgery and can't pin on the floor any more. I am going to try this for sure. Thank you so much for posting.

  4. Have seen this done before but had forgotten about it. It looks so logical that I may have to try it out next time. Thanks for jogging my memory Julia.

  6. Thanks for sharing that clip Julie. I must admit to tuning out occasionally, and alternately laughing and cringeing at the sub-titles, but it was very helpful. Hope you have a great week. Cheers, Tracy

  7. What a fun video. This is exactly how I pin my quilts and the backs are always nice and flat and smooth after the quilting is finished. I tend to use more clips but that's just me! Thanks for sharing this great video!
