Finished....yay!!! .....

Feels so good to have Ring-a-Ring-a Roses finished...
I loved making her, but oh those arms seemed never ending....two pieces to each arm.
Sorry the pictures are a bit fuzzy, too hot to go outside to take a photo.
Yes, I'm in love with this pretty quilt......

This will get put away for a future great grand daughter.....one day!
Now wouldn't this design also work with trucks, or teddies in the border...

All credit for the inspiration must go to Bonnie, of Quiltville.
I love Bonnie's Dancing Nine patch, this is the third DNP quilt I have made.....and I may even make another!

Have a great weekend....♥

Hugs Julia

  12. This quilt is as lovely and elegant and romantic as I knew it would be with your combination of fabrics, plus the border of dollies. Beginning with a simple pattern, and adding your unique touch, I adore the results!
I'll repeat a word used by others--this is destined to be a family heirloom, Julia.
