I want to make a round table topper for our new round outdoor garden table...
I played a little yesterday afternoon and came up with this...not sure yet if it will work, but one way or another I'll make it work!
I'll join up all the Kaffe houses that I already have made up first and then see where I'll go from there.
The tricky part will be the centre....
Now this is fun...
It's raining outside at last...the weather of late has been more like spring than autumn
Happy stitching...have a nice day..♥

I LOVE where you are going with this and am looking forward to seeing it progress xx
That is wonderful Julia. It is so much harder to make something for a round table, but that looks like it will work a treat! Tracee xx
Wow!!!! I'm not a fan of Kaffe fabrics, but is is looking lovely!
I love this house pattern. Can you PLEASE tell us the name of the pattern...and is it paper pieced?? Thanks Julia!! Looking SEW good!

Wonderful idea! House blocks are so cute in these fabrics. Can't wait to see how this turns out.
Lovely rain! Good luck with your designing, this will certainly help your Mojo to return, lol!

It looks great Julia! We have beautiful sunny weather here but could do with a bit of rain, it would save me watering the garden.
Looks good Julia. Wish we could get some rain too.
I see a pattern emerging Julia!!! I love the dark wedges against the colorful houses! E.
This looks interesting, can't wait to see the finish... Have fun
I love your Kaffe neighborhood and the setting is just brilliant! well done.
That mojo seems to be working fine to me Julia and what a great idea. Crack on girl so I can see the rest of it.
What a clever approach to a traditional block! You're definitely on to something, though I think it will be challenging to get the math to work out so it's a full, FLAT circle. Good for you to be tackling it. You have something working right within you!
You're a much braver woman than I. This is going to be a fabulous project when it's lying on your round table, but I'd be frozen and afraid to tackle the math and angles.
Your wedges are a dramatic, exciting contrast with the Kaffe houses.
