B-B-Q Anyone!....

DS #2 has just finished building a B-B-Q...a Brazilian B-B-Q at that...

It looks so good, the meat is marinated and cooked on big sword like Skewers over hot coals, we tasted some on Sunday...yummo!

It was such a miserable wet and dark day yesterday...I felt like sewing something bright and fun...so as I had so much of this food fabric left, I thought I would run up an outdoor table cloth for him....I think it looks very festive and fun.

I just love this pattern, so easy and quick to piece together....

Come on summer!!....♥

  8. Julia, it looks delicious! I love that design (still have your notes on how to do it!) and as I've got a lot of food fabrics left over from my Pantry wall hanging, I might take a leaf out of your book and make up a runner for our patio table. Thanks again for another brilliant idea!

  12. Working with such fun fabrics definitely helps us ignore a gloomy day. No doubt -- that's one quick project.
A little fabric, a little time, and tah dah! -- you suddenly have a tablecloth done.
