What do you think..!

This is what I've been playing with, on my design floor...it's on point !... I quite like it like this on point, I don't think the setting pinwheel triangle looks out of place....of course I could change my mind...a girl's allowed to do that!
I'm adding 1 inch sashing with Kaffe corner stones...then perhaps a wider 2-3 inch spot border...memo to me..."buy more spot fabric".

So for now, while I ponder a bit on the layout, I'll keep on making more pinwheels...♥

  8. Love it! Thanks for the preview. Let me know if I can help you locate a good spotted print. At least the Aussie dollar is good for a US fabric purchase, if need be!

  9. I find I absolutely love this, have no preference and really enjoy this one. I love it so much I felt inspired by the idea at 3am. Not enough to dive in at such an hour. One should NOT start another project in that half-asleep state! I tell ya. :)

  12. On-point settings give extra character to any blocks, even ones as pretty as these. I LIKE this layout.

I've been petrified to cut into 40 or 50 Kaffe FQs that I've had for some time. Your blocks have shown me how beautifully his fabrics are showcased with white or lightly polka-dotted fabrics. Thank you for the inspiration, Julia.
