A Finish and Some Progress..

It's finished at last...and hanging on the wall in the spare back bedroom...oh happy days!
It feels so good to at last have this swag / garland finished....lost count of the years it's been sitting in the cupboard..must be 6-7 or even 8 years. It even matches the wall paper frieze and bed covers...♥

Now I can concentrate on my Spring Harvest quilt. All the diamonds are on, I'm thinking some broderie perse roses on the square plain corners...but tossing up whether to do more star blocks in between the star blocks or rose blocks ..
It's been a busy day, time to have a sit down with a cuppa ...tomorrow's another day!
Take care...♥

  20. Isn't it a great feeling to finish something that was started so long ago? I've just about finished a CQ block that I started about a year ago, and would probably have remained unfinished, if I hadn't made my New Year resolution to finish ALL my UFOs this year!
